An opportunity has arisen for a retail advisor to join our small busy family business. Initially 4-days a week potentially increasing to 5-days a week to the end of September.
You will be working alongside a small team of ladies.
Team work and the ability to adapt and swap between different tasks are key to this role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, creative, hardworking, quick on their feet, with a good sense of humour.
Your main responsibilities will include:
– Ensuring that customer service is an essential part of the sales process.
– Support the team.
– Cultivating customer relationships. You will need to give out appropriate advice to ensure that our customers buy the best and relevant products to meet their needs.
– Unload boxes of stock, unpack and enter stock onto our epos system.
– Merchandising stock.
– The team shares responsibility of cleanliness of the store.
In order to be considered for this exciting role, it is essential that you have the following:
– Retail and basic computer experience.
– Ability to carry out warehouse tasks.
Please be aware the role is a fairly physical and lifting is involved. Immediate start would be helpful. There is a three month paid trial period.
Above minimun wage. Weekly paid.
Hours are 9.45am to 4.45pm, on a rotating schedule, alternating Saturdays and Sundays.
We are out of town, so own transport is essential.
