Lockdown Updates

I sat for a while on one of our sofas in Lavender House and listened yesterday. I heard chatting, laughter, customers that had only just met discussing the news, the buzz of the shop. It is hard to believe we are locking the doors again 4.30pm Friday until the 9th November. However we are so relieved to announce, it has been confirmed in writing we CAN provide a postal and delivery service from Lavender House even when we are closed to the public during lockdown. This is great news for us as a family business to still be able to trade even while keeping the community safe.

Logistics: During the lockdown period, we will be adapting our normal postal service and adding home delivery.

• Parcels will be posted out to any UK address, every Friday £2.50 per small parcel £5.00 for a large parcel or £5.00 for a tin of Frenchic paint and bottle of Sugar soap or brushes.
• We can do safe handover home delivery to a ten mile radius, we offer a scheduled system. We will be delivering if required once a The charge is £2.50 per house, delivery times are on a mutually agreeable time or items can be left in a safe place. We will photograph items that we leave as proof.

We have fashion, Christmas and Gift shows live on Facebook, Thursdays at 7.00pm throughout October. If you would like to purchase any items you see you can message us and pay either by pay pal or over the phone by card and we will post out to you.
